A plain-language overview of this public website and its enquiry form.

Who operates this website?
QRelia Pulse is a hospitality software product developed by Lukas Slivka in the United Kingdom. For privacy questions about enquiries sent through this site, contact lukas@qrelia.uk.
Information you choose to send
If you use our enquiry form, we ask for your name, email address, venue name, venue type, approximate team size if you wish, and a description of your requirements. We use these details to answer your enquiry, discuss the product and decide whether to take a conversation forward.
Our anticipated lawful basis for handling a business enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to requests about our services, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract, depending on the circumstances.
How messages are delivered
When configured, the enquiry form uses Brevo's transactional email service to deliver your message to the QRelia team. Information entered in the form is transmitted to that provider for delivery. If the delivery service is not configured or cannot accept a request, the site displays an error rather than claiming the message has been sent.
Technical information
Like other web services, the host may process connection information, such as an IP address and request time, for security and technical operation. This site rate-limits enquiries. It does not intentionally install marketing analytics or advertising trackers. External product screenshots load from lukasslivka.info, which may receive ordinary image requests. Video previews are loaded from YouTube and clicking a video opens YouTube, whose own privacy practices then apply.
What about biometric attendance?
This website does not collect fingerprints or clock-in records. Biometric attendance, when used in the separate Pulse product, requires its own information notices, lawful basis, safeguards and venue-specific data protection assessment. A general website privacy notice cannot replace those arrangements.
Retention and your choices
Business enquiry emails are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the conversation, relevant business records and legal obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing lukas@qrelia.uk. Your rights depend on the circumstances and applicable data protection law. If you are unhappy with how a concern is handled, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
We'll update this notice if we introduce account registration, payment processing, additional analytics or a materially different approach to handling information on this website.
